Run Robotics is creating a shared language for debugging robot policies: failures become clusters, clusters become evals, and every result remains tied to the data and policy version that produced it.
This is a deeply technical developer relations role. You will work alongside researchers and engineers at robotics labs, understand the decisions their current eval stack cannot answer, and help them integrate Run Robotics into daily development.
What you’ll do
- Build reference integrations, examples, and developer tools for common robot learning stacks.
- Partner with design customers from first technical discovery through a successful production evaluation loop.
- Create precise documentation, tutorials, demos, and technical content grounded in real workflows.
- Turn customer friction and recurring questions into clear product and API improvements.
- Represent Run Robotics in the research and open source communities through talks, workshops, and direct collaboration.
What we’re looking for
- Strong software engineering ability and the judgment to debug unfamiliar systems with customers.
- Excellent technical writing, teaching, and communication skills.
- Experience with machine learning infrastructure, robotics, simulation, or developer platforms.
- Comfort moving between code, product feedback, demos, and high trust customer relationships.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting robotics or ML researchers in production environments.
- A track record of useful open source contributions or technical education.
- Familiarity with evaluation frameworks, data versioning, and experiment tracking.
